Homeopathy
In my consultations we will discuss your health concerns and I will ask about your physical, emotional and mental symptoms. Using this information I will create a personalised treatment plan. I may ask about medical history, diet, lifestyle and overall health. Based on this information I will create a customised homeopathic remedy, which is a highly diluted substance that matches the person's symptoms. I will explain how to take the remedy, which may be in the form of small pills or liquid drops.

After taking the remedy, you will have follow-up appointments with myself to monitor progress and adjust the treatment plan if necessary.
Reiki
During a Reiki session, the client lies down or sits comfortably while I place my hands lightly on or near different areas of the body. I then channel healing energy through my hands to the client, helping to clear any blockages or imbalances in the clients energy system.

The energy I channel during a Reiki session is believed to be universal life force energy, also known as Qi or Prana. This energy promotes healing by restoring balance and harmony to the body, mind and spirit.
I am also trained in providing remote or distance sessions for clients who are unable to receive in-person treatments. During remote Reiki sessions, the client and I connect through Zoom. The client cant be located anywhere in the world, as the energy is not limited by physical distance.
Health Coaching
As a holistic health coach, my focus is on supporting my clients in achieving optimal health and wellness by looking at the whole person and addressing all areas of their lives. This includes not only physical health, but also emotional, mental and spriitual well-being.

We'll work together to create a customised plan that addresses your specific needs and goals. This may include dietary recommendations, lifestyle changes, stress-reduction techniques and other holistic practises such as mindfulness, meditation and yoga. We'll also work on identifying any potential barriers to your success and developing strategies to overcome them.

My goal as a holistic health coach is to empower my clients to take control of their health and to create sustainable lifestyle changes that will support their long-term health.
Reiki Attunement
One of the most important aspects of my work is donducting Reiki attunements for students who are interested in becoming Reiki practitioners themselves.
​
A Reiki attunement is a sacred ceremony in which the student is initiated into the practise of Reiki and connected to the healing energy of the universe. During the ceremony I will guide the student through a series of meditation and visualisation exercises to help them open up to the energy and become attuned to the Reiki symbols.
The attunement process is a deeply spiritual and transformative experience that can have a profound impact on the student's life and practise. It helps to open up their energy channels and increase their sensitivity to the healing energy of the universe.
